Vimocity faced the challenge of automating the distribution of external analytics reports to multiple recipients while customizing access based on their specific locations. The manual process of creating and disseminating individual reports for each location proved to be labor-intensive and ineffective.

Through the integration of AWS QuickSight with Row-Level Security (RLS) and subscription services, we successfully automated and optimized the business intelligence reporting workflow for Vimocity. This integration enabled the creation of a centralized, dynamically tailored master report, which was securely and automatically distributed to individual location managers according to their specific access privileges.
